The next ultrasound is not until Monday, but I thought I'd post a little about the baby's development at 8 weeks.
The baby is about 1/2 an inch long. He/she has graduated from blueberry-sized to about the size of a large raspberry! The lips, nose, eyelids, legs, and back continue to take shape, making him/her look more human. The baby is starting to make spontaneous movements but they're too tiny for me to feel.
And lastly, HEARTBURN has set in. Chris is on his way home from the store with some TUMs and some ice cream!
Overall, I still feel pretty great when I'm awake! I'm still tired all the time, so I sleep 9-12 hours each night and usually take a long nap in the afternoon. :)
